About Us

We are an anything-goes political debate forum, with its origins in the Soapbox at [H]ard|OCP.

Our Mission Statement

To encourage real free debate, which makes no pretense to civility, and thereby remove the advantages of slick marketing which by dishonesty, subtle and overt, have poisoned popular democracy. To gain respect through the strength and sanity of our reasoning, where manipulation of a moderating apparatus is not conditional to one’s right to speak. To show partisan dichotomy and sacred cows as impediments to solutions. To experience and demonstrate the satisfaction of self-expression without regard for popularity, profit, or social acceptance.

Freedom is only an illusion. Unless we get involved in the "core" of our government, our government will only superficially give us the freedoms it feels it needs to keep us docile. Even if the government needed to stage numerous parties in debates to feed our thirst they would still...
